Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
Nashville Designs reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order when necessary, including in cases involving pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, product availability, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order as submitted.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Personalized & Made-to-Order Products
Many Nashville Designs products are personalized and made specifically for each customer.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all information submitted with an order, including:
- Names
- Dates
- Spelling
- Personalization text
- Product selections
- Colors
- Sizes
- Shipping information
Personalized products will be produced based on the information submitted at checkout.
Once an order enters production, it cannot be changed or canceled.
Errors in personalization information submitted or approved by the customer are not considered product defects and are not eligible for a refund or replacement.

Product Images & Colors
We make reasonable efforts to display our products, colors, designs, and personalization previews as accurately as possible.
However, colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, device displays, lighting, garment material, printing methods, or manufacturing variations.
Product images and personalized previews are intended to provide a reasonable representation of the finished product but may not reflect minor production variations.
Sizing
Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate product size before placing an order.
Sizing may vary between garments, brands, and styles. Customers should review any available size charts and product descriptions before ordering.
Because our products are made to order, selecting an incorrect size does not qualify an item for a return or exchange.
Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices, promotions, product availability, and shipping rates may change without notice.
If a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Nashville Designs reserves the right to cancel the affected order and issue a refund.
Payment
Payment is required at the time an order is placed.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Nashville Designs does not directly process or store complete credit-card information.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be calculated and collected at checkout based on the order and shipping destination as required by law.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping charges and available shipping methods are displayed during checkout.
Free standard shipping is available on qualifying U.S. orders with a merchandise subtotal of $150 or more.
Production time and shipping transit time are separate. Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Because many Nashville Designs products are personalized and made to order, returns and exchanges are limited.
Products that arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially different from the item ordered may qualify for replacement or refund.
Products generally cannot be returned or exchanged due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing selections, incorrect color selections, or personalization errors submitted by the customer.

Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Nashville Designs name, logo, website content, product designs, graphics, photographs, text, and other materials displayed on NashvilleDesigns.com are owned by Nashville Designs or used with permission.
These materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, sold, or used commercially without prior written permission.
Purchasing a Nashville Designs product does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork, design, trademark, or other intellectual property associated with that product.
Personalization Content Submitted by Customers
Customers may submit names, dates, phrases, or other text for use on personalized products.
By submitting personalization content, the customer represents that they have the right to use that content and that it does not infringe another person’s intellectual-property or other legal rights.
Nashville Designs reserves the right to decline personalization requests that are unlawful, infringing, threatening, hateful, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate.
